?? We’re hiring: Head of Sales in Influencer Marketing - Spain

We’re looking for the person who can build FameUp in Spain with us.

FameUp is one of the largest influencer marketing platforms in Eastern Europe, a technology startup backed by top angel investors and VCs.

We built Romania’s largest influencer marketing platform and are already operating across multiple international markets. Now we’re ready to accelerate Spain.

And we’re not looking for someone who simply wants another job.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on person who wants to build a market from the ground up.

Someone who can initially act as our Head of Sales & Influencer Marketing in Spain, winning agencies and enterprise brands, running successful campaigns, building our go-to-market playbook, and eventually hiring and leading the local team.

Your mission

- Bring leading Spanish marketing agencies and enterprise brands to FameUp
- Build strong relationships with marketing decision-makers
- Sell and develop long-term client partnerships
- Help clients launch successful micro-influencer marketing campaigns
- Own campaigns from strategy and briefing to execution and reporting
- Build FameUp’s go-to-market strategy for Spain
- Develop the sales pipeline, processes and local partnerships




- Recruit and lead the Spanish team as the market grows

Who we're looking for

- 5–6+ years of experience in a Spanish marketing, digital or influencer marketing agency
- A strong network among agencies, brands and marketing decision-makers in Spain
- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and campaign execution
- Native or fluent Spanish and strong English
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup
- Extremely ambitious, resourceful and execution-oriented
