We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes,



and consumer protection requirements
Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity
5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
~ Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
~ An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
~ Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
~ The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
