Purpose Of The Role As the Senior Legal Counsel you will support the Legal team across a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic matters, with a particular focus on B2 B and Saa S initiatives, while also providing legal support to the wider B2 C business as part of the Legal team’s day-to-day activities.



Whilst playing a key role in supporting the commercialisation and licensing of proprietary technology platforms, negotiating complex technology and Saa S agreements, and advising on corporate restructuring and other legal matters, you will also support the Saa S strategy and wider business objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across both B2 B and B2 C activities. Key Responsibilities Leading the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of complex Saa S, software licensing, technology services, reseller, referral, partnership and other B2 B commercial agreements. Providing legal support for Saa S strategy, including the commercialisation and licensing of proprietary technology and platforms.
