Verisure is looking for a Group Tech HRBP Intern to join our Group HR Business Partner team, supporting global international Technology functions in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of People, Business, Data, and Technology, partnering with global leaders and teams across multiple countries. You will be exposed to strategic HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, employee experience, and people analytics while learning how HR can drive global business impact in a technology driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

The main tasks and projects will include:

Participate in HR projects to gain exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle.
Gain exposure to how HRBPs support global technology organizations and partner with business leaders.
Learn how HR metrics are used to support decision making.
Support the management of talent, performance, engagement, organizational design,



and development initiatives internationally.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
Learn how data-driven HR practices contribute to business success.
Support HRBPs in preparing presentations, communications and project materials.
Support employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Help coordinate meetings, workshops and HR events.
Assist in gathering and organizing HR data.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support documentation and creation of communication materials.

Location

The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious, analytical, and excited about working in a integral technology environment.
