About the Role:
You will serve as a strategic subject matter expert, working closely with our Legal and HR teams to guide and shape our integral HR compliance programs and policies. This role requires hands-on knowledge of employment laws, workforce data, and employment policies, as well as strong project management and problem-solving skills. You will have a unique opportunity to help build a global HR compliance program at a company that is growing rapidly, in a flexible working environment.
