Experteer Overview
In this role you will support integral payroll accounting and the month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will partner with Payroll, HR, and Benefits to maintain data integrity and complete journal entries, while strengthening controls across corporate accounting. You’ll drive process improvements and support internal and external reporting, contributing to a fast-growth, SaaS environment. This is an opportunity to shape payroll governance at scale and collaborate across functions to enable responsible data use and innovation.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Post global payroll journal entries and related accruals (vacations, bonuses, other compensation items)
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with flux analysis
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Compensation u0026 Benefits to ensure data integrity and completeness
• Review and code transactions; prepare journal entries for various corporate accounting areas
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules in line with US GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Develop and implement process improvements; document standard operating procedures
• Support external audits for areas of responsibility
• Collaborate with finance and other departments on internal reporting projects
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• +3 years of accounting and/or audit experience (public, multinational preferred)
• Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Workday Financials experience is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
