We are looking for a IAM Specialist to join our Infrastructure Security team.





The RACF & IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security services in mainframe environments, with particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management and compliance activities.

Architecture & Solution Support

Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF-based IAM solutions across multi-country environments.
Support the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures.
Collaborate with teams involved in:
IAM platforms and integration initiatives
SIEM and monitoring solutions
Assist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments.

Security Governance & Compliance

Support compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g. ISAE 3402).
Contribute to access certification and privileged account review processes.
Assist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediatio
