We’re looking for a Project Engineering Manager Security to lead and deliver the technical scope of security projects within complex rail systems. You will ensure engineering excellence, manage technical risks, and drive project solutions that meet customer expectations and business commitments. Lead the technical contractual scope of security projects and ensure customer acceptance of the solution
• Manage technical risks, mitigation plans, and engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Define, validate and supervise project engineering activities, including Verification & Validation
• Drive technical consistency through interface management and a Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) approach
• Coordinate project requirements, solution customization and parameterization with cross-functional teams
• Functionally lead the project engineering team and act as chair of the Project Change Control Board (CCB)
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project safety requirements
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, systems, RAMS and project management, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
Engineering degree is required
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of engineering activities across the project lifecycle
• Fluent English required
• French is a plus
