Role Summary
EQ Retirement Solutions is looking for an HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover and support a significant period of business change.
This role will be hybrid from either our Liverpool office or Crawley office.
The purpose of this role is to partner with business leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions that support organisational performance, employee engagement and business objectives. In addition to providing broad HR Business Partner support across the employee lifecycle,



the role will play a key role in supporting the separation of EQ Retirement Solutions from Equiniti Group, alongside the delivery of day-to-day operational and strategic people initiatives.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with leaders and managers to translate the People strategy into practical plans and actions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide proactive HR support and challenge to leaders on organisational, people and workforce matters.
- Support the delivery of the EQ Retirement Solutions separation programme, including organisational design, employee transitions and people-related change activities.
- Act as a key People lead on TUPE projects, consultation activity and employee transfer arrangements.
- Support and advise managers through organisational change, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
