We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join a newly created multinational team supporting the integration of a recently acquired business into our finance organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, improving processes, and supporting finance transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting operations across the EMEA region while helping shape new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Perform balance sheet analysis, account reconciliations, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, payroll entries, and other accounting adjustments.
Maintain and monitor fixed assets accounting activities.
Support tax-related accounting activities, including VAT, CIT, transfer pricing, and other local requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.
Collaborate with Accounts Payable,



Accounts Receivable, Tax, Controlling, and other finance teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.
Participate in finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.
Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and special GBS projects as required.

3-6 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or financial accounting, preferably within an international Shared Service Center (SSC) or General Business Services (GBS) environment.
~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping processes, and financial reporting.
~ Experience supporting business transitions, migrations, acquisitions, system implementations, or finance transformation projects.
~ Strong understanding of month-end closing, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and journal entries.
~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
~ Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.

Fluent English is a pre-requisite
The bonus is calculated according to the company's performance.
