Ambitious Japanese-speaking Account Executive needed to fuel the growth of a leading international B2B SaaS company in Valencia. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business with multinational and enterprise customers, driving the full sales cycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor SaaS solutions and maintain a healthy pipeline focused on new-logo acquisition. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and prospect new customers in the Japanese market
• Research and prioritize target accounts and opportunities
• Engage decision-makers in multinational/enterprise orgs
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and software demonstrations
• Position SaaS solutions based on customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain a strong pipeline with focus on new-logo acquisition
• Handle RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and tenders when required
• Collaborate with Presales,



Marketing, PM, Ru0026D and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and forecasting
• Work toward defined sales KPIs and revenue targets

Responsabilidades
• Native/C1 level Japanese
• Full professional English proficiency
• Minimum B1 Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• 2–8 years of professional B2B sales experience
• Strong hunter mentality and motivation for new business development
• Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented
• Previous SaaS or software sales experience valued
