Job Description
We are currently seeking a People Operations Shared Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid, supporting our People Operations activities across France.
We are looking for someone with the right mindset above all, someone who is service-oriented, solutions-focused and proactive, with a genuine desire to anticipate the needs of People Managers and deliver a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
In this role,



you will provide first-level People Operations support and guidance to Department Heads, responding to queries relating to HR and payroll policies, procedures and programmes. Queries will be managed through a ticketing system according to priority, with complex or sensitive matters escalated to the People Operations Business Partner for France, where appropriate.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and pre-employment through to onboarding, employee changes and post-hire administration. This will include, but is not limited to:
Posting and closing vacancies through SmartRecruiters and Workday.
Initiating and validating position and employee changes in Workday.
Supporting the recruitment process and gathering feedback to help continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Managing a range of HR administration through Workday, the ATS and other People & Culture systems an
