We are looking for students in the last years of a BS or higher degree, or recent graduates, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field to join our HR team as HR Analytics Trainee.
In this role, you will be part of the department in charge of supporting Human Resources decision-making through data, reporting, and analytics. You will collaborate with HR colleagues to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize People data, helping the team better understand workforce trends and improve HR processes across the organization.
By carrying out this internship, you will acquire training in general concepts of People Analytics, HR data management, workforce metrics, dashboard development, data visualization, reporting automation, and responsible use of employee information.
