At ADE, we are driving an ambitious international expansion project and are looking for three interns to help us analyse new growth opportunities across Europe, specifically in Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Each intern will focus on one country and contribute to building a comprehensive understanding of the assigned market, combining legal, healthcare, dental, insurance, commercial, and regulatory research.
This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in international business, law, economics, healthcare, regulation, strategy, or market analysis who would like to participate in a real-world project with a direct impact on the decision-making process of a company expanding across Europe.

What will be your mission?
Your objective will be to help ADE assess whether establishing a commercial or administrative presence in the assigned country is viable, identify genuine market entry opportunities, and detect potential legal, regulatory, or operational risks.
The final outcome of your work will be a Country Feasibility Report,



which will serve as the foundation for making strategic decisions regarding ADE's next steps in international expansion.

What will your day-to-day look like?
Legal and Regulatory Analysis
Researching the requirements to operate through a virtual office, commercial presence, or local company structure, including taxation, privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance matters.
Healthcare Market Research
Analysing the country's healthcare system, private healthcare sector, health insurers, market trends, and routes to market.
Dental Sector Research
Identifying dental chains, professional associations, regulatory bodies, registries, industry sources, and relevant regulations affecting the dental market.
Insurance Market Analysis
Researching insurance companies, brokers, mutual organisations, assistance providers, and comparable business models operating in the market.
