About the Role:
You’ll provide hands-on IT support and maintain infrastructure across the site, working with hardware, software, networks, and end users. The role includes troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, device setup, and collaboration with central IT teams.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure or Field Support
Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and networking
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Fluent English and Spanish
