Introduction
Kleinson is a training consultancy specialising in language training and other professional development services for companies.
We are currently looking for an Academic Coordination Assistant to join our team in a full-time, office-based position in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Class organisation and coordination: Scheduling classes; assigning existing teachers to new classes; organising training plans; coordinating level assessments; coordinating academic evaluations.
Recruitment: Posting job vacancies and interviewing teachers; overseeing the onboarding and initial training of new teachers.
Academic support: Responding to queries from teachers and students via email and WhatsApp; communicating student feedback to teachers; advising teachers on course plans and materials.

What do we offer?
Full-time contract.
Standard working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Option to finish at 5:30 p.m. by taking a 30-minute lunch break.




Intensive working hours for two months during the summer.
One remote-working day per week.
Gross annual salary of €17,094, paid in 12 instalments, with a salary review after six months.
Central Madrid location, in the Sol area.
Training and support throughout the onboarding process.
