Inspiralia is seeking freelance proposal writers for the EU market. Their proposal writers are responsible for creating, developing and submitting proposals on behalf of the organization and play a vital role in securing funding for their clients. This role requires working with a multidisciplinary team and is also client facing. This is a freelance position.

The scope of Proposal Writer responsibilities includes:

- Researchingandgatheringrelevantinformationabouttheproject
- Writingandreviewingproposalsforaccuracyandcompleteness.
- Collaborating with the innovation consultants to create a winning proposal strategy.
- Consulting with subject matter experts to obtain input for technical aspects of the proposal.
- Ensuringtimelysubmissionofproposals.




- Conductingpost-proposalfollow-upwithclientsandstakeholders.

- Master’s degree or PHD in one of the following areas: Molecular Biology (particularly cancer research), Biomedical Science or related areas.
- C1-C2levelEnglishisamust.
- ExperiencewritinggrantproposalsforEuropeancommissionprogramsasamust!
- Experience writing for any of the following programs: H2020 and Horizon Europe (e.g., EIC Pathfinder, Transition, Accelerator, as well as EC RIA and IA).
