Lead senior management milestone reviews ensuring program readiness alignment to
proceed to the next build. Perform role as project manager, ensuring Launch
Quality Operating System (LQOS) deliverables are met from the Launch Readiness
(LR) Milestone to Final Status Report (FSR) Milestone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Deliver launch at cost and on time to quality targets.
● Facilitate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
● Support NML Specialist in measuring the program against launch standards to
ensure stakeholder alignment to proceed to the next build event.

● Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including safety, records
retention, etc.
● Support continuous improvement of launch processes including lessons learned.
● Support meeting facilitation, reviewing progress with stakeholders based on
launch quality operating system (LQOS) standards.
● Utilize effective project management tools to ensure launch quality operating
system deliverables are met.




● Provide on-site support at manufacturing facilities to ensure launch quality
operating system deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial
Engineering, or equivalent education
● Minimum of 2-4 years experience preferred in manufacturing engineering or
program management.
● Ability to speak and write English fluently.
● Strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Ability to relate to employees
at all levels of the business.

● Experienced with 8D problem-solving discipline.
● Strong PC skills and Internet applications. Proficient use of Microsoft
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint.
● Preferred Ford system experience in WERS, Vehicle Ordering and Scheduling
Systems, CMMS3 and LQOS.
