This is a remote role working closely with U.based clients and internal teams across marketing, creative, media buying, and operations.

We are looking for a DTC Client Lead who can take ownership of client relationships while maintaining a strong understanding of e-commerce growth and marketing.
You will serve as the bridge between the client and internal teams, making sure priorities are clear, projects move forward, and clients have confidence in the work being delivered.
The idóneo candidate is commercially minded, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable discussing DTC performance, marketing strategy, creative, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities with clients.
Coordinate with paid media, creative, marketing,



and other specialists to ensure projects are executed effectively.
Communicate performance, progress, challenges, and opportunities clearly to clients.
Review marketing and e-commerce performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identify growth opportunities across acquisition, creative, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
Turn data and team insights into clear recommendations for clients.
3+ years of experience in client management, account management, project management, growth marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
~ Experience working with DTC / e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
~ Strong understanding of digital marketing and the DTC customer journey.
~ Comfortable working with performance metrics and marketing data.
~ Ability to understand and discuss paid media, creative performance, conversion optimization, retention, and overall e-commerce growth.
