As our Maintenance Manager, you take charge of the technical heartbeat of The Social Hub, keeping everything from guest rooms to rooftop spaces running smoothly. You spot issues before they become problems and keep our spaces welcoming, safe and ready for the community that calls The Social Hub home. You’ll work closely with the local team while shaping smart, future-proof maintenance habits across the hub. Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly - be themselves. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe,

Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors
Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more
Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce
Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality
You bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team
You have basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems
You speak Spanish and English is a plus
