Partner with Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to design and implement AI-enabled initiatives that enhance performance and accelerate growth across markets
Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance and workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and proposing AI-driven solutions that unlock scalability
Build analytical models and dashboards (using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools) to track KPIs, monitor automation impact, and support data-driven decision-making
Develop clear, strategic recommendations and present them to senior leadership, directly influencing how technology and AI shape Job&Talent;’s growth
Work side by side with company founders and local teams on high-impact projects, helping deploy and scale AI-powered processes across different markets
Comfortable working with SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, etc.)
~ Excellent communicator with full professional fluency in English (C1 or above)
~ Previous experience in business consulting, analytics, or operations is a plus, but not required
