Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of change management activities across strategic business and technology initiatives
Help shape and execute communication strategies, including stakeholder messaging, campaign planning, and content creation across multiple channels
Assist in the design and development of training materials, user guides, toolkits, and learning resources tailored to different audiences
Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops,



and awareness activities focused primarily on workplace AI technologies, including Copilot for Microsoft 365 and ChatGPT Enterprise
Support adoption and enablement activities by gathering feedback, analysing engagement metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve user experience and effectiveness
Learn and apply established change management methodologies, communications best practices, and behavioural change principles within a general, matrixed environment
