Customer Service Representative (Spain) Role Description As a Customer Service Representative for our entity in Spain, located in Barcelona, you will support our customers with professionalism throughout the entire process and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy * Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries, stock levels, and backorders * Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing * Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently and accurately * Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation,
