About the Role
As a TikTok AdOps Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize campaigns for clients across industries like fintech, health & fitness, utilities, and e-commerce. In this role, you’ll go beyond execution - acting as a strategic consultant for clients and a trusted partner to TikTok, helping align business goals with platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of clients’ advertising campaigns, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve results.
Manage TikTok ad campaigns to maximize efficiency and achieve performance KPIs.
Host onboarding calls to help clients understand the platform, assist with TikTok Pixel setup, and integrate various MMPs.
Ensure effective communication with clients by understanding their needs and providing strategic advice and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For




At least 2 years of experience with TikTok Ads or Meta Ads Manager, including deep knowledge of the platform’s features, campaign setup, and optimization.
Experience with MMP: AppsFlyer or AdJust.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and hands-on experience with other advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and suggest actionable improvements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly (if you can explain how SKAdNetwork works in under 5 minutes, you’re our idóneo candidate).
Familiarity with TikTok trends and creative best practices is a strong advantage.
Experience with brandformance strategies is a plus.
English - strong communication and presentation skills for both client-facing and internal interactions, and proficient in Russian for certain internal communications.
