We're looking for a Data Engineer to scale our Data Team and enhance our data platform and integration processes. Your mission is to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and efficiently transformed to support analytics and decision-making across the business.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources into our cloud data warehouse.
Ensure data infrastructure is reliable, performant, and maintainable.
Collaborate with Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver the right data for dashboards, reporting, and models.
Support data modelling best practices and contribute to architecture decisions.
Use data to investigate and resolve product or process issues.
Suggest improvements to data security, quality, and efficiency.




Promote a healthy data culture across the organisation.
3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or Big Data Engineer.
~ Expert-level SQL skills and experience optimising queries.
~ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally Snowflake, and knowledge of AWS services.
~ Experience building data pipelines with Python and integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs and databases.
~ Excellent English communication skills.
~ Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, Hadoop, or other distributed systems
Workflow orchestration experience (Airflow)
Experience with streaming/queue systems such as Kafka or SNS
Web analytics or event-based analytics experience
Barcelona-based, 3 days per week in the office, with flexible relocation support if required. English is the primary language at work. This is a global, inclusive company welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
