As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the Spanish market, with a clear focus on mid‑market customer acquisition. This is a pure hunter role, where success is defined by your ability to generate pipeline independently, lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, and close deals efficiently, leveraging your solid understanding of business, financials, and customer needs to drive sales within your territory. This role does not include account management or portfolio ownership and is ideal for a highly self‑driven commercial profile who thrives in outbound environments.
Develop and execute effective new business sales approaches to acquire customers.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.




Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports through CRM tools.
Identify and analyze market conditions to uncover sales opportunities.
Handle moderately complex or higher‑value sales opportunities.
Gather and utilize customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Act as a role model for hunter best practices when interacting with junior team members.
Implement and refine sales techniques tailored to customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Sales Software: Proficient use of advanced CRM and sales management tools.
