Position Overview
As a Product Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the Design & Manufacturing space as they begin their journey with Autodesk solutions. Working across the EMEA region and reporting to the Manager of Emerging Business Customer Success, you’ll drive high-quality customer engagements through proactive outreach — via phone, email, and digital channels — to ensure customers are activated, onboarded, and set up for long-term success. Your passion for technology,



understanding of the D&M; industry, and ability to connect with customers across markets will make you an essential part of our integral Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
- Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
- Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to drive customer success milestones
