We are seeking a Process Engineer for our Optronics product line to participate in the industrialization , manufacturing, and continuous improvement of optoelectronic equipment designed for high-demand technological applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and supporting the production processes associated with optronic systems , working in coordination with the Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure that objectives are met.
What are we looking for?
- An/a Process Engineer (Optronics Line) , with at least 2years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
- Degree :Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical
Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.
- Work Model :on-site.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering,



Optical
- Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or equivalent degrees.
- At least 2-5 years of prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in the following areas will be highly valued:
- Optronic systems.
- Electro-optical equipment.
- Optical instrumentation.
- Electro-optical and infrared sensors.
- Complex electronic equipment.
- The defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
- Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of optics, optoelectronics, or electro-optical technologies.
- Defining and improving industrial processes.
- Interpreting technical documentation and drawings.
- Managing manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (preferred).
- Personal Skills:
- Analytical skills and a problem
