What You'll Contribute




Success in this role depends on strong collaboration with our internal recruiter teams to ensure client needs are consistently met. You will:
- Provide insight and differentiation to win new business and grow accounts
- Partner closely with talent delivery teams throughout the sourcing and onboarding process
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Stay up to date with market trends and act as a trusted advisor

What You Bring
- 1–2 years' experience in recruitment sales or account management
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Strong market territory planning skills
- Experience working in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and networking skills
- A resilient, driven, never‐give‐up mindset

Bonus Points If You Have
- Recruitment experience in the technology sector
- Salesforce CRM experience
