SAP Application Lifecycle Management Specialist (Solution Owner)Location: Barcelona, SpainWorking Model: Hybrid, onsite 3 days every 2nd week.Contract Length: 1 yearStart Date: ASAPWe are looking for an experienced SAP Application Lifecycle Management Specialist to join a major international S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading global brand.This is a senior, hands-on role with ownership of the SAP ALM landscape, including SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, Signavio, ITSM and testing tools.A key focus will be helping lead the transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM, while ensuring strong transport, release and change governance across multiple SAP landscapes and deployment waves.You will work closely with SAP Basis, functional teams, Group IT, project teams and implementation partners across a complex general environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the roadmap for SAP Application Lifecycle ManagementLead preparation for the migration from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALMManage and evolve SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, ChaRM and integrated toolingSupport transport, release and change management across multiple SAP landscapesManage CTS, retrofit and production movement coordinationSupport S/4HANA upgrades, go-lives,



hypercare and ongoing operationsDevelop and improve tooling across Signavio, testing, ITSM and project managementManage platform enhancements and technical backlog prioritiesMaintain technical documentation, procedures and platform standardsWork closely with SAP, RISE teams, AMS providers and implementation partnersRequirements7 to 8+ years of SAP technical / ALM experienceStrong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALMStrong experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRMExcellent knowledge of SAP transport, release and change managementExperience with CTS, retrofit and production transport coordinationStrong SAP S/4HANA experienceBackground as an SAP Technical Consultant, SAP Basis Consultant or Technical Operations SpecialistExperience across complex, multi-system and multi-country SAP landscapesExperience supporting implementations, upgrades, go-live and hypercareExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JiraFluent EnglishDesirable ExperienceSAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition or RISE with SAPSAP SignavioSAP Test Suite or Test AutomationExperience within Consumer Goods, FMCG or another large multinational environmentSpanish language skills
