This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including apps, websites, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing initiatives. You will be the link between our clients and multidisciplinary team, making sure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining realistic timelines and high quality standards.Your responsibilitiesManage international, cross-cultural projects across web/app development, UX/UI, branding and digital marketingBuild project roadmaps, sprints, priorities and realistic delivery timelinesCoordinate designers, developers, marketing specialists, external partners and clientsTranslate client requirements into structured, actionable tasks for the teamProactively follow up on deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actionsIdentify potential risks,



blockers and delays early and propose solutionsTest and verify deliverables before they are presented or released to clientsRun regular project meetings and progress calls with clients and internal teamsKeep clients informed while balancing their expectations with the team’s capacity and project requirementsReview and improve internal project management processesQualificationsMin 3 years managing digital projects from planning through deliveryMin 2 years working with web/app development and/or UX/UI teamsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of detailsStrong sense of ownership, autonomy and ability to find solutions independentlyExcellent communication skills with both clients and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to prioritise, anticipate problems and keep projects moving without constant supervisionGood understanding of agile or iterative workflows and tools such as Monday, Jira, Trello, Asana or similarMinimum B2 level in both English and FrenchGerman is a strong plus; other European languages are welcomeBased in or around Barcelona and comfortable working in a hybrid environmentBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
