Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the business.As Business Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring business performance, analysing operational and financial data, and supporting the implementation of effective control processes.Responsibilities include:Producing and analysing operational and financial performance reportsMonitoring production yields, productivity, efficiency, and cost trendsPreparing monthly and quarterly reports covering results, costs, yields, and budget variancesSupporting invoice management and payment approval processesEnsuring robust traceability and operational control measures are maintainedProviding regular reporting to headquarters in the NetherlandsIdentifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting processesCollecting, consolidating,
