Customer Service Representative - Danish speaking

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Málaga. Oscar Biludlejning is part of Oscar Mobility, an international company operating across six markets in Europe and the United States. We aim to rethink the traditional car rental experience by making it simpler, more versátil, and more accessible for both customers and partners. Customer Service plays a key role in delivering this experience by ensuring smooth and consistent support across all touchpoints. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and partners, handling bookings, inquiries, and operational requests across multiple channels. This is a fast-paced role where strong communication skills, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Manage bookings, modifications, and extensions
- Resolve customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution




- Support rental locations with operational questions and requests
- Help optimize communication flows by guiding customers toward written channels when appropriate

Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (mandatory)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Availability to work on-site in our Málaga office
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Strong xcskxlj communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
