This role revolves around paid social, and is perfect for a creative individual who enjoys experimenting with AI content generation.We're hiring a Creative Strategist to join the team, someone hungry to get their ideas into market fast, learn from the data, and grow inside one of the most AI-forward creative operations in e-commerce.What you'll be doing:Developing creative concepts, angles, and hooks for Meta and TikTok campaignsWriting sharp, detailed briefs for AI image and video generation, and directing output through to finished assetsData analysis to uncover valuable insightsTracking how your creative performs, forming hypotheses,



and iterating with the dataProducing hands-on work daily, hooks, copy variants, edit briefs, asset QCFeeding the team's testing pipeline and shared learningsWhat we're looking for:2+ years in creative strategy or performance creative for paid socialEqual parts analytical and creative, curious about why an asset worked, not just that it didWorking fluency with AI creative tools and real hunger to go deeperStrong writing and communication skillsA self-starter who does the unglamorous work as well as the exciting partsDTC / e-commerce experience necessary Location: Fully Remote Salary: €75,000–90,000 DOE
