The Role:This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.Requirements:5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers,



trade shows and manufacturing sites.Main Tasks: Lead and implement the general Wire & Cable product strategy.Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D; teams.Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities.Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space.Product expert in customer meetings. Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams.Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D; teams.Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
