We are looking for a finance professional with 4–6 years of experience analysing investment funds to join a fast-growing international infrastructure fund.Responsabilities:Support the day-to-day operations of our private equity funds, SPVs, and General PartnersReview fund accounting and perform investor reporting, financial reporting, audit coordination, cash management, and fee calculationsAssist with the analysis of financial data at both fund and portfolio company levelSupport the monitoring of capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activitiesMonitor fund liquidity and funding requirementsReview and validate financial and operational informationHelp ensure that fund reports are accurate, high quality, and delivered on timeSupport the preparation and coordination of reporting for senior managementAct as a contact person for auditors, investors, administrators, and internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with different departments to ensure efficient workflows and communicationSupport operational improvements, system enhancements,



and digitization initiativesAssist with ad hoc projects and strategic initiativesCoordination of all investor reporting and side letter requirementsSupport on coordination of ESG matters Candidate:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on AccountingCPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is considered an advantage1-3 years of experience in asset management, private equity funds, fund administration, banking, or Big Four audit firmsStrong interest in fund accounting, financial reporting, and private equity structuresAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset with a team-oriented and service-driven approachComfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholdersStructured, proactive, and independent working styleStrong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Power BIInterest in AI-driven solutions, automation, and process optimizationFluent in Spanish and English, any other language considered a plus
