Responsibilities
# Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
# With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
# Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
# Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
# Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.




# Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
# Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications
# Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
# Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
# Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
# Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
# Project management skills
# Excellent communication skills
# Mandarin is a must
