We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the commercial and revenue strategy for our premium Flex Living platform. Commercial Strategy & Revenue • General roadmap: Define and execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, fully aligned with financial goals (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP). • Design dynamic pricing policies and optimize the distribution mix (Direct Sales, Corporate, OTAs, and Strategic Partners). • Optimize the channel mix between direct sales, corporate, OTAs, and strategic partners. Analyze demand, seasonality, and competition to design annual commercial plans and precise forecasts for each city. Act as the senior point of contact for top-tier clients (Embassies, Multinationals, Production Companies, Luxury Relocation Agencies). • Lead the commercial launch of new cities and international territories.



• Define entry strategies and adapt pricing, positioning, and channel mix to local market nuances. High-performance culture: Lead and mentor the Sales team, with clear KPIs and rigorous tracking. • Partner with IT, Data and Product to embed AI agents and automation across the commercial stack, from lead scoring and B2B prospecting to automated reporting and revenue copilots. • Cross-functional synergy: Standardize and professionalize commercial reporting for the Executive Committee. 7-12 years leading commercial teams in hospitality, travel, OTAs, marketplaces, or other relatable sectors. • Comfortable owning RevPAR, ADR, NRevPAR, GOP. • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
