What you’ll be doingOwn and manage end to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European marketsSupport and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulationsAct as the go to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managersEnsure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictionsMaintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable dataIdentify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalabilityPartner closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people related mattersContribute to building a high performing,



people centric culture✅ What we’re looking for2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environmentExposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European marketExperience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countriesStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and complianceFamiliarity with HR systems (e.G.
