Back-office Management Features: Serve as the Product lead for all features related to Finance, Content, Payroll, and more that we are bringing to market.
Develop deep understanding of our fans CRM product and ramp up quickly on the agency business model. Project management : Lead end-to-end project management for integration delivery across CN/EU engineering, design, QA, and dev support — managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.




Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
~5+ years of product management experience. experience with CRM, customer support, or API-heavy platform integration products is a meaningful plus.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with Chinese being a bonus.
~ Strong project management skills to drive integration projects from scoping to launch across CN/EU engineering, design, QA, and dev support.
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
