Operations Specialist - Spain & Portugal

As Operations Specialist, you’re the connecting link that helps ensure our day-to-day operations behind the scenes are well organized and run smoothly.
Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders
· Throughout the day, you switch between administration, reporting and coordinating with colleagues and external partners. Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
· Good skills in Excel, reporting, digital systems and administrative processes
· Good commercial and financial understanding
· Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
· Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, PBSA or flex living is a plus




· Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese administrative, tax or regulatory processes is a plus
