The team is looking to add an Investment Associate / Principal who will work closely with the investment team across sourcing, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved across the investment lifecycle, including:

- Sourcing and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities within the Spanish ecosystem
- Conducting market, company and competitive analysis
- Developing investment theses and supporting financial analysis




- Preparing investment committee materials and investment recommendations
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies following investment
- Building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, investors and other ecosystem participants xcskxlj
- Contributing to the continued development of the platform and its network in Spain

Given the early-stage focus and relatively small investment tickets, the role offers broad exposure to the investment process, with a significant emphasis on sourcing, company assessment and relationships with founders.
