This is a highly operational role focused on workforce administration, labour compliance, payroll coordination, and client service delivery.

It is not a recruitment, talent acquisition, HRBP, or EOR position.

What Youll Do

Manage temporary worker assignments and Contratos de Puesta a Disposición (CPD)



Ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation and post-RDL 32/2021 regulations Apply convenios colectivos and equiparación retributiva requirements accurately Coordinate payroll inputs, timesheets, contract changes, terminations, and settlements Manage PRL requirements before assignment start, including risk assessments and training controls Work with Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@, CASIA and other labour administration platforms Support audits, labour inspections, and compliance reviews Ensure seamless payroll-to-invoicing operations across multiple clients What Were Looking For Previous experience working within a licensed Spanish ETT Hands-on management of CPDs, xcskxlj temporary contracts, and payroll processes Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law and collective bargaining agreements Experience using RED, SILTRA, Contrat@ and CASIA Exceptional attention to detail and compliance mindset Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills Based in Spain Interested?
