Key Responsibilities

- Lead product Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy based on aggressive business growth targets. Develop channel-specific launch strategies, including launch rhythm, product portfolio, pricing, listing and sell-in strategy.

- Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to develop Integrated Marketing Strategy (IMS) and drive execution.

- Own the full product lifecycle from launch to end-of-life, including inventory control, price management and channel governance, taking accountability for commercial performance.

- Work closely with Product Supply,



S&OP; and Manufacturing teams to ensure product supply and production are delivered on time according to market demand.

- Analysis, budget management and reporting.

- Performing additional tasks aimed at the development of the department and the company.

Qualifications:

- Valid legal residency/work authorization for full-time employment in Spain.

- Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field. xcskxlj

- 3+ years of GTM/Product Marketing/Product Management experience, experience in the 3C (Consumer Electronics) industry is preferred

- Strong analytical, commercial and cross-functional collaboration skills.
