About the Role

Our client is looking for a caring and reliable Community Support Worker to assist individuals with various needs in Queenstown . This role is dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for clients by providing practical assistance and fostering social inclusion. You will work within a supportive framework, connecting clients with local services and enabling them to participate more fully in community life. Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to clients with daily living activities, as per individual care plans.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources, appointments, and social activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their well-being.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.




- Maintain clear and accurate records of services provided and client progress.
- Encourage client independence and participation in community life in Queenstown .

Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or community support role is advantageous.
- A certificate in Community Care, Social Auxiliary Work, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the local community services in Queenstown .
