Key ResponsibilitiesParticipation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions:Screen potential transactions;Perform debt capacity analysis;Produce pitches and review relevant company information;Prepare all internal credit documentation.Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity:Analyze of periodic financial information;Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company;Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.Qualifications/Education required:Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.Competencies required:Solid financing and analytical skills, including:Accounting principles and international accounting standardsValuation principlesFinancial statement consolidationHard worker and team player;High communications skills: verbally and written;High learning capacity (and willingness)Skills and knowledge requirements:Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable);High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
