In a world where technology moves fast, we move with purpose. Frekuent is a fast-growing company redefining the payment experience, helping businesses turn one-time buyers into lifetime clients through unique loyalty boosters. We believe that the secret to more sales is giving customers less: cashless, contactless and effortless payment solutions that transform the way businesses operate. Each vertical arrives with its own integration requirements, operator workflows, and product expectations. As Product Manager for New Verticals, your job is to define what each new vertical needs to run on top of Space and Spot — without turning the platform into a patchwork of one-off builds that no one can maintain.
This is a role of constant discovery: understanding a sector we don't yet know well, translating it into clear product requirements, and deciding what should be built once as a configurable capability versus what is genuinely vertical-specific.
Part of this mandate is to help build Frekuent's own retail media and ad management ecosystem: our network of interaction points is a physical touchpoint that brands and providers of physical or digital products and services want access to, the same way retail media networks let brands buy placement across a retailer's stores, app, and site. You will help define the product that lets operators monetize that touchpoint directly — campaigns, promoted placements, ticketing and access, bookings, paid sessions — rather than Frekuent being limited to a reseller of third-party ad networks.

Lead product discovery for each new vertical: understand the operator, their workflow, and what they need from Space and Spot to operate.
Define vertical-specific product requirements (vending, laundry, OCS, EV charging, and whatever comes next) without generating isolated, unmaintainable builds.

Work with the PM for Space & Operators to decide what capabilities should live in the core platform versus what is a vertical-specific configuration.
Partner with Commercial to understand which product gaps are blocking entry into a sector or a specific account.
Own the product definition of Frekuent's own retail media and ad management ecosystem: the tools that let operators of interaction points monetize that touchpoint on behalf of brands and providers of physical or digital products and services — not just resell inventory through third-party ad networks.
Decide, case by case, where Frekuent should integrate with existing digital advertising and marketplace platforms versus where it should build proprietary campaign management, catalog, and settlement capability as a differentiated product within that ecosystem.
Define the data model, campaign lifecycle, and reporting an operator needs to sell space or inventory to a brand or a digital/physical service provider through Frekuent's own tools.
Define the range of monetizable formats the retail media ecosystem should support beyond display advertising — ticketing and access-control (an interaction point acting as an entry point for events, facilities, or services), bookings and reservations (restaurants, hospitality, events), and paid online sessions (telemedicine or other consulting/advisory calls) — and what Frekuent needs to build for each.
Track post-launch performance in each new vertical: what worked, what didn't, and what needs to change.

Strong spec-writing and close collaboration with Engineering.

Experience in selling digital services and/or advertising — you understand how to package and position a digital offering commercially, not just build it.
Working knowledge of how retail media, campaign management, ad-serving, and digital marketplace products work end to end (campaign setup, inventory/catalog, delivery, reporting, settlement) — deep enough to decide what Frekuent should build itself versus integrate.
Proficient, daily use of AI tools for work and task management, product discovery, ideation, and prototyping, working hand in hand with the UX/UI design team.
Fluent Spanish and English.

Experience defining or building a retail media, campaign management, ad-serving, or marketplace product from scratch — not only integrating with an existing one.
Experience building paid online session booking solutions (telemedicine, consulting or advisory calls).
A hybrid model that works – Enjoy the energy of our office 3 days a week and the flexibility of working remotely the other 2.
⏰ Health & wellness – private health insurance and discounted gym memberships to keep both body and mind in top shape.
Learning & development – English classes and role-specific training, because your growth is part of our journey.
23 days of paid time off – plus local holidays, because great ideas need space to rest.
We’re a team of non-conformists, committed and solution-driven individuals, who know that infinity is the limit when it comes to innovation. With plenty of room for personal and professional development, we value creativity, ownership, and collaboration — all driven by a strong culture that fuels our growth.
