Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead a team developing and maintaining the game client for an unannounced cross-platform Strategy/MMO title. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design features, improve development processes, and ensure high-quality code. You’ll champion AI-assisted workflows and hands-on engineering culture while shaping the client’s technical direction. This is a hybrid Barcelona opportunity with visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Responsabilidades
• Technically led or managed a team

• Experience on game client features or related areas
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong skills across multiple stakeholders and ability to deliver solutions
• Strong programming skills in C# or C++
• Experience in mobile and/or PC game development
• Experience with version control, build tools, and deployment pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and trends
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code) and agentic workflows
