This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.
5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.
~ Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
~ Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
~ Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.
~ Lead and implement the integral Wire & Cable product strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D; teams.
Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space.
Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams.
Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D; teams.
Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
