ABOUT FRONTIER LEARN

Frontier Learn provides enterprise training and advisory services in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and governance, risk and compliance. We work with organizations and training partners to turn complex technologies into practical capabilities through instructor-led education, applied workshops, and customized learning programs.

We are expanding our network of experienced instructors to support future client and partner engagements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an associate instructor, you may deliver official certification courses, technical workshops, and tailored corporate programs within your areas of expertise.

Frontier Learn manages business development, commercial proposals, client relationships, and engagement coordination. Instructors contribute technical expertise, preparation, and high-quality delivery.

We welcome specialists with depth in one or more disciplines. Expertise across the entire portfolio is not required.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

- Artificial Intelligence: Generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI engineering, MLOps, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Cloud & Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, and GitHub.
- Cybersecurity: Cloud security, identity, security operations, ethical hacking, and information security management.
- AI Governance & GRC: Responsible AI, AI risk management, privacy, auditing, and management systems.
- Cloud-Native Technologies: Linux, Kubernetes,



containers, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- IT & Project Management: IT service management, IT governance, and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver engaging instruction for technical professionals, business leaders, and enterprise teams.
- Translate complex concepts into clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
- Prepare and validate course environments, demonstrations, and labs before delivery.
- Adapt delivery to the agreed audience, objectives, and scope.
- Maintain relevant technical knowledge, certifications, and instructor authorizations.
- Coordinate professionally with Frontier Learn and designated client or partner contacts.
- Follow applicable courseware licensing, confidentiality, and intellectual property requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated experience delivering professional or corporate training.
- Practical experience implementing, operating, securing, or governing the technologies you teach.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and audience engagement skills.
- Relevant, current certifications in your primary disciplines.
- Professional teaching proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
- Reliable preparation, communication, and delivery practices.

Current instructor authorization from Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Linux Foundation, EC-Council, PECB,



ISACA, PeopleCert, or PMI is highly valued and may be required for specific assignments.

Experience designing custom courses, facilitating executive workshops, or delivering through training partners is an advantage.

ENGAGEMENT & COMPENSATION

This is an invitation to join our associate instructor network for potential future assignments, rather than an offer of permanent employment or guaranteed work.

Engagements are paid and governed by an independent contractor agreement. Each assignment is offered according to expertise, availability, and client requirements, and requires mutual acceptance.

Compensation may be structured as an agreed delivery fee or a revenue-sharing arrangement. The scope, preparation requirements, compensation basis, expenses, and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before an assignment is accepted.

There are no application or network membership fees.
